DISTANCE SELLING CONTRACT
THIS SALES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated this ____ day of ____,20__ BETWEEN DERVIS GRAND BAZAAR of Kapalıçarşı Halıcılar Cad. No:51 Beyazıt – İstanbul, Turkey (the ‘Seller’) OF THE FIRST PART AND ___________ of __________ (the ‘Buyer’) OF THE SECOND PART IN CONSIDERATION OF THE COVENANTS and agreements contained in this Sales Agreement the parties to this Agreement as follows:
SALE OF GOODS:
1.The Seller will sell,transfer and deliver to the Buyer ,the following goods.
(the ‘Goods’): Fashion items, accessories and other good.
PURCHASE PRICE:
2.The Buyer will accept the Goods and pay for the Goods price,paid by credit card via the online virtual POS application for of this Agreement. İyzico infrastructure is used on our site.

PAYMENT METHOD
Maturity Difference: Payment Method
3.The interest rate used in the Maturity Difference account is: 0% or the amount of the installment you have chosen. Shipments will be started within 1-5 business days of the order. Shipment can be completed within seven (7) business days. Shipping time is not guarantee.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
The Goods will be deemed received by the Buyer when delivered to the Buyer.The method of shipment will be select when Buyer viewing own cart. The goods shall be delivered to the address specified by Buyer in the order form.
DELIVERY COSTS AND EXCLUSION
The delivery costs of the goods belong to the Buyer. If the Seller declares that the delivery price will be borne by the Seller, the delivery costs shall be borne by the Seller. Delivery of goods; Seller's stock is available and the payment is made within the period of commitment after realization. The Seller shall deliver the Goods within 30 (thirty) days from the time the Goods is ordered by the Buyer and reserves the right to extend the additional period of ten (ten) days in writing. If for any reason the Goods are not paid by the Buyer or the payment is canceled in the bank records, the Seller shall be deemed to have been liberated from the obligation to deliver the Goods.
